All 2 hour workshops will include a tour of Sea Bluff Farm. COVID social distancing, masks are not mandatory. All activities are outdoors under an open shelter. Please dress for the occasion. It can be cold and windy.

If you’ve never grown plants before, or are new to this gardening zone, this is the class for you. We’ll cover everything from how to lay out a garden, how feed your soil, how to water and then what to plant. Get ready for gardening success and watch your thumb turn green!

Robin Tunnicliffe is a farming fanatic who can't get enough after 25 years in the dirt. She co-manages Sea Bluff Farm and its 7 acres of burgeoning year-round abundance. She is passionate about food justice, she has an M.A. in Food Policy, she has presented at conferences all over Canada and she loves teaching folks how to grow their own. Her how-to farming book, All the Dirt, co-authored with her farming friends at Saanich Organics, made the Globe and Mail best seller list.
